Nudge on over to Nudgeville Beta
Posted by sandnsurf on September 2008
Introducing Nudgeville.com beta. Nice looking site entering the social bookmarking, news aggregating market. Whilst frolicking through the pixel land – an insightful page you spy…read the page, digest the page and share as a ‘Scoop’ to be ‘Nudged’ in Nudgeville.
Users can submit content to the site as a ‘Scoop’ by copying the story’s URL to Nudgeville, adding a title, and a short description. Effectively this is a social media online site which allows users to share their favorite stories and then promote them…and it has only just begun – so a great chance to help define the way this new friendly and interactive news aggregator develops.
I love being involved in the beta testing of anything – especially social media, social networking and developmental search. It gives such a great sense of achievement, a sense of worth and an opportunity to help create the sort of interactive media that I want to use…so head on over to Nudgeville and give it a birl.
To me, nudging seems like fun – still enjoy my stumbling – but digging has become competitive and just a tad insane recently.
One disgruntled Digg user’s attempt to make a home for people like himself.
Will share some of the other beta testing experiences with you as we travel through…the most exciting at present are
- TrueKnowledge.com Beta
- Evri.com Beta Fantastic find/seek/educate/develop portal of knowledge
- medbrains.net Medical blogging network – reviewed here and developed here…
