After a year in the making – Clivir.com has launched. Clivr.com is an Aussie start-up, based in Western Australia which combines structured tutorial-based education with community feedback and comments.

Clivir.com provides a platform for registered users to create structured educational resources (lessons) on topics that interest them. These lessons can be hosted independently on the site, or incoporated into ‘classrooms’ with related material

Clivir.com is free to use and free to register. There are currently a number of active classrooms and growing education resources ranging from photography and simple science tutorials through to soup recipes and CSS style hints. The interface is clean and crisp and creates an inviting and stimulating learning environment. I can see Clivir as being a fantastic learning, education and community-sharing portal as it grows and flourishes – and I look forward to interacting with it in greater depth in the near future.
